On Sunday, September 22nd, DAHA presented the fourth concert in its continuing series of Dvořák’s complete chamber works with a performance by the exciting Apollo Trio. The selections included Dvořák’s Piano Trio No. 1 in B-flat Major, dreamlike with dramatic moments; his Trio No. 4 - the beloved “Dumky”; and the contemplative “Silent Woods” for cello and piano. The Apollo Trio has played at major venues in New York and internationally, and recently recorded The Complete Dvořák Piano Trios.
